Nicole Holtzman has built her career on a single idea: when the routine work is handled, people are free to do their best work, not just their most. As a nationally recognized food and beverage consultant, she builds and scales high-volume hospitality operations for attractions, resorts, and entertainment venues nationwide, from concept and kitchen design through staff training and opening day execution. She trained under a Michelin-starred chef, worked in Food and Beverage Concept and Development at Disney, and is a 2024 IAAPA Brass Ring Award winner and five-time finalist. She created SOPros, an AI forecasting platform for hospitality, and co-founded Otaria, where the same instinct scales to every desk: a team of AI agents handling the routine work behind each employee.

His expertise lies in creating effective solutions for complex enterprise challenges, making him uniquely suited for the SaaS program he's launching.
